Will you represent land owners in making development applications to a local government?

Yes. We will generate and stickhandle the paperwork through the review process to the final decision on the development. 

Are you an architect / landscape architect / engineer / land surveyor / lawyer?

No. Professional Planner. We work with other professionals involved in land development, and urban affairs; and have knowledge, training, and experience across a wide spectrum interests related to settlement areas. Urban planning touches many of these different fields especially in cross-departmental, cross-jurisdictional, collaborations for envisioning the future of a community and solving the problems of today. 

Are you a lobbyist?

No. Professional planner. We provide opinions to decision makers on planning related matters, urban affairs, and broader issues confronting local governments. 

The local municipality is launching enforcement action due to a non-compliance on my property / building, can you help?

Yes. We help land owners resolve matters with local municipalities when properties are in an enforcement action stage.
