We author the regulatory framework that municipalities use to envision and control the direction of their settlement areas: Development Plans, Secondary Plans, Zoning By-laws & Ordinances, Zoning Text Amendments, Planned Development Overlays, Planned Urban Developments, Land Services Agreements, and Nuisance By-laws. We provide advisor services to local and state governments officials on land-use policies, decision making processes, legislation and regulations. We provide planning services to local governments that do not have in-house staff for such services.

Do you research and compose policy documents and ordinances for local governments?
Yes. We have completed several Development Plans, Secondary Plans, Zoning By-laws, Zoning Text Amendments and Zoning PDO’s that are still in effect today.
Do you work for local governments?
Yes. We will provide local governments with their on-going planning services in locales where we are not representing any landowner(s).
